The ECAP program is based on each employee having a pre-set FR clothing allowance, which can be used on garments that have been approved or specified by the employer.
With ECAP, Workrite manages the program on the employer's behalf. Workrite limits spending to each person's allowance, controls the garment offering to make sure it matches employer's specifications, takes orders from individual employees via phone, the internet, fax or e-mail and ships the order to each individual's home.
