Therefore, it is critical that our customers strictly adhere to our payment terms. Workrite's payment terms are Net 30 Days, measured from the invoice date. Past due payments are subject to a 1.5% monthly finance charge (calculated from the original invoice date).
Please notify Workrite immediately of any invoice discrepancies. Our customer service and accounts receivable staff will resolve your issue as quickly as possible. However, please be advised that a billing discrepancy is not grounds for non-payment of invoices, and finance charges will still apply.
