Employee Clothing Allowance Program

Our Employee Clothing Allowance Program (ECAP) makes it easy to implement an efficient, cost effective FR program. That's because Workrite handles all your logistics and administration.

The ECAP program is based on each employee having a pre-set FR clothing allowance, that can be used on garments that have been approved or specified by the employer.

With ECAP, Workrite manages the program on the employer's behalf. Workrite limits spending to each person's allowance; controls the garment offering to make sure it matches employer specifications; takes orders from individual employees via phone, Internet, fax or email; and ships the order to each individual's home.

ECAP was developed because we know it can be difficult and time consuming for an employer to track and manage individual employee purchases. This kind of tracking would require an extensive database that would need to be monitored and updated daily.

Closely monitored and managed by Workrite, our ECAP program can save you a great deal of money as well as eliminate excessive and nonessential purchases.
