In the event of a Workrite error or quality problem (within 1-year warranty period), Workrite will replace or repair garments free of charge. For returns or repairs, you must phone our customer service department at 1-800-521-1888 to obtain a Return Authorization Number prior to returning any products for any reason. Workrite is capable of doing alterations and repairs. Alterations and repairs that are not covered by our guarantee are charged at $9.00 per 1/2 hour plus materials.
