Letter From the President

As Workrite sits poised to celebrate its 40th anniversary in 2013, it’s hard not to think about what kind of heritage we’re creating. Anniversaries are an important and honorable milestone. Those milestones are only significant, however, when you can back up their value. What makes our 40th anniversary special?

Our legacy is our commitment to flame-resistant (FR) products—we have worked solely in FR for every year we have been in business, and that will not change. Our high-quality protective work wear is what we’re known for, both in the finished product and in the sum of its parts—from our knowledgeable team and top-quality manufacturers to our innovative designs and special construction techniques. We’re a garment manufacturer that fits every piece of the FR puzzle to create the best safety programs for our customers.

As president of Workrite, I’ve been able to be a part of a team with tremendous experience and expertise, who are on a dedicated path toward creating successful FR programs and products for our loyal customers. Over the years, we’ve served various industries—beginning in oil & gas with Schlumberger, to ConEdison and the Los Angeles Fire Department. I look forward to celebrating our 40th year in business because of what those 40 years in business have meant to Workrite and our customers—high-quality FR they can depend on.
